We are seeking dependable and hardworking Seasonal Laborers to assist with a variety of construction, maintenance, and general labor tasks during our busy season. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, enjoy manual labor, and can work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, shoveling, and debris removal.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support skilled tradespeople and crew members as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous construction, landscaping, agricultural, or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
