RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES
The Marketing Intern will support the company’s marketing initiatives with a primary focus on website content management and social media marketing.
This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and content development while helping maintain a consistent and engaging online presence The intern will assist with updating website content, creating social media posts, tracking engagement metrics, and supporting marketing campaigns that promote the company’s projects, culture, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with updating and maintaining the company website, including project highlights, team updates, blog posts, and news content.
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Support the development of visual and written marketing materials for digital platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics and provide basic performance insights.
- Capture and organize project photos, videos, and marketing assets for use in digital marketing.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
- Assist with content planning and marketing calendars.
- Research industry trends and recommend ideas for engaging marketing content.
- Support marketing campaigns, company announcements, and event promotion.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of social media analytics and marketing metrics.
- Photography or video editing skills are a plus.
