Crafted Highlights:
The Technician - Cans will perform daily operation of equipment. In this role, you will perform quality checks multiple time per shift and be responsible for working both independently and as part of a team.
This position reports to the Line Lead.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Primary point person for troubleshooting any issues.
- Conduct maintenance on machines.
- Work in multiple areas.
- Learn multiple machines.
- Work safely while against deadlines.
Key Ingredients:
- Providing own tools.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to retain information.
- Logical troubleshooting method.
- Must be willing to work in hot/loud/dirty environment.
- Able to work 12-hour shifts.
- Majority of shift spent on feet.
- Clear communication ability.
- Mechanical experience preferred.
- High likelihood career will begin on night shift.
