The Headlines:
In the role of Setup Operator at the Shenandoah Brewery working in Elkton, Virginia.you will be part of the Warehouse Team. You will be working in the warehouse and will be responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting high speed manufacturing equipment. Salary starts at $24.09/hr
This position reports to the Sr. Process Leader and works closely with other operators and material handlers.

The Responsibilities:
- Perform set up, changeover and maintenance of equipment, systems and tooling
- Operation of forklift
- Filling orders accurately and efficiently using the inventory system
- Maintain accurate and legible documentation and records
The Other Qualifications:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
- You have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of experience
- You have a high level of mechanical aptitude/ability
- You have knowledge of RF device(s) and warehouse inventory system(s)
- You have a flexible schedule and are able to work a 12 hour, rotating shift
- Completion of an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Military will be accepted in lieu of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
