ROLE: Accounting Clerk (Payroll, A/R & A/P)

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions with a strong focus on payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation
• Handle accounts payable: vendor invoices, bill payments, and expense tracking
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports as needed
• Assist with other general bookkeeping tasks
• Maintaining files of the financial documents

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, A/R, and A/P
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) is required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Experience with payroll taxes and compliance is a plus
