Assistant Manager - Helen's Bakery

Molo Petroleum and Helen's Bakery have an opportunity to manage our food operations at our Erbert's and Gerbert's Sandwich Shop and Godfather's Express.

Under the leadership of the General Manager for Helen's Bakery, you will run the day-to-day operations of the Erbert's and Gerbert's portion of the Helen's Bakery concept.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Day-to-day operation of the E&G restaurant
• Collaborate as needed with the Godfather's Pizza Assistant Manager and the Helen's Bakery GM
• Leader in Customer Service
• Ability to lead 5-6 crew members
• Able to create the perfect sandwiches
• Manage food and labor costs
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
• Employee Scheduling
• Resolve tough issues internally and with customers

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma and equivalent work-related experience is required. Associates or higher preferred.
• Must have 2 years of proven success in a higher scale quick serve environment.
• Demonstrated strong ability to analyze data, diagnose issues and coach the store team accordingly.
• Must possess excellent and proven people management skills, including resolving conflict.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company directions.
• Demonstrated strong communication with excellent interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Typical workweek of 45 hours with minimal breaks.
• Ability to stand for entire shift as necessary and walk for long periods of time without rest or sitting down.
• Push, bend, stoop, twist, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds.
• Reach with hands.
• Use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to taste and smell.
• Ability to hear sounds and noises.
• Verbally communicate with others.
