Duties (include but are not limited to):
•Work with medically fragile children
•Act as a consultant for health education
•Maintain appropriate school and state statistical information
•Interpret the health and developmental assessment to parents, teachers, administrators and other professionals
•Participate in the development of Individual Educational Plans/504/EST
•Delegates and supervises specific health care duties to designated person(s)
•Provide health counseling to students, parents and school personnel as appropriate
•Collaborate with other school personnel in monitoring, reporting and recommending changes for safety hazards and sanitary conditions in the school environment
•Provide in-service for health related issues as needed
•Provide health care services
•Adhere to all District policies and regulations
