Future Opening: Office Administrative Assistant

Part time office administrative assistant needed for basic data entry duties

Monday through Friday from 10am until 12noon

$11.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Have excellent phone skills. Answer phones and direct calls
• Enter checks and calculate bank deposits
• Handle collection for accounts
• Process credit cards
• Work with national maintenance companies
• Train cleaners on how to process invoices and work orders
• Assist with proposal preparation
• Light office cleaning

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
• Outgoing personality and experience working with general public
• High School or GED completed
• Office related experience preferred
• Over 18 years of age
• Own vehicle/reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
