Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing excellent guest relations from the start.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing basic math calculations.
• Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests, maintaining cleanliness standards throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including culinary ingredients and food handling procedures, to answer guest questions confidently.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
