Residential Cleaner
Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will provide professional cleaning services that help homeowners enjoy cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable living spaces.
The right candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Primary Duties
- Clean and sanitize residential properties according to company standards
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout the home
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered areas
- Sweep, mop, and maintain hard-surface flooring
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, including countertops, sinks, and exterior appliance surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and mirrors
- Empty waste containers and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of supply needs
- Follow service checklists and company procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns observed during appointments
- Support deep cleaning and specialty cleaning projects when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is helpful but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods
- Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Reliable transportation is preferred
