Front Office Coordinator

Front Office Coordinator $16–$18/hour bonuses · Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. · In-office

Office job. Chair, computer, headset, coffee. You will not be sent into someone’s house.

We take care of homes. You take care of the office. Phones, the schedule, the data, and the messages that keep the field team from guessing. It’s busy. It’s not chaotic if you’re good. And the pay has a ceiling that isn’t just the hourly: bonuses can push a week toward $950.

The actual job

• You’re the front of the shop. Clients call. People who want to become clients call. You answer.
• Put the work in the system so Thursday’s crew is not surprised
• Tell managers and field staff the stuff that matters: time, access, pets, a complaint, someone called off
• Don’t let voicemail and callbacks rot overnight
• Other office stuff will land on your desk. That’s part of it.
• Be here Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You’d be good at this if

• You’ve done a year in an office, at a front desk, or in admin where the computer was on all day
• The phone doesn’t rattle you, even when the person on the other end is rattled
• You care whether the note is right. Fast and wrong is how we send a crew to the wrong house.
• You can write two sentences to a coworker and they know what to do next
• You can get to the office on time, on purpose, most days of your life

Cleaning background: not required, not preferred, not a problem if you can do this job. Looking for a house-cleaning position: please apply to that one instead.

Pay and the rest

• $16–$18/hour

• Weekdays only. Go home at 4:30.
