Overview:
The C.A.R.E. consultant is a hybrid of customer experience and sales role designed to
drive client satisfaction, retention, and long- term loyalty. This position goes beyond
traditional estimating by fostering relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a
seamless, high- touch service journey. The C.A.R.E Consultant is the face of the
company for new clients and the key to turning one-time experience into recurring
revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
This position is a critical part of our strategy to decrease churn, enhance customer
satisfaction, and strengthen recurring revenue. The C.A.R.E consultant doesn’t just
estimate- they build relationships that last.
$20-$23 per hour with a great weekly bonus structure
