Commercial Roofing Technician / Installer

Seeking talented commercial roofing installation technicians to expand our growing team!

Ideal applicants will have some commercial roofing experience, particularly with installing EPDM and TPO roof systems. However, we are willing to train those who have a passion for learning the trade.

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and inspect EPDM and TPO roofing systems
- Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project efficiency and quality
- Maintain clear communication with project supervisors and clients
- Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary repairs
- Perform various maintenance tasks as assigned
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs
- Manage and care for tools and equipment

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of commercial roofing, especially EPDM and TPO systems
- Previous experience in a similar technician role preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening
- Physical fitness to perform roofing tasks
- No high school diploma/GED or college diploma required – open to all applicants
