About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Part Time Deli Clerk at our Palo Alto location. The perfect candidate will be customer service driven and be flexible working various tasks from day to day.

Essential Functions:

• Assist customers at the deli counter which may include making sandwiches and slicing meat
• Properly cut, wrap and scale deli items
• Stock and display deli products
• Operates slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment; assists in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition
• Individual must be able to follow procedures and guidelines
• Must be able to handle food in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Serve Safe certified is a plus!
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs
• Standing: Up to 8 hours per day
• Walking: Up to 8 hours per day
• Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day
  
  

Pay Range: $18.50-$22.35/hour depending on industry experience
