Job Description: As a Part Time Commercial Cleaner with Mollies Cleaning Service, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' spaces are impeccably clean and well-maintained. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks in commercial properties, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The locations to be cleaned are located in Bon Aqua and Burns.
This position is flat rate at $100 per week. Training pay is $15 per hour. Training lasts 1-2 weekends depending on how long is needed for each candidate. The work to be done should take 4-5 hours including drive time. Pay is weekly on Friday. This is a W-2 position and taxes will be withheld. Must be able to pay for and pass a background check ($29)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and maintained.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or special requests.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect for clients’ properties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
