Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
- Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in a legal or immigration office is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or related field are a plus
