Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution from planning through completion. This role coordinates internal teams, subcontractors, and jobsite activities to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for project progress, safety, and communication, balancing field demands with organized tracking of costs, materials, and documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning and execution of concrete projects, including scheduling, sequencing, and jobsite coordination
Oversee safety practices and ensure work is performed in compliance with company standards and jobsite requirements
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials to maintain production goals and meet project timelines
Track project performance through field updates, documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders
Support estimate-to-plan alignment by monitoring scope, change activity, and project documentation throughout delivery
Proven experience managing concrete construction projects in a field leadership or project management role
Strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite workflows, and concrete-related scope and requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead on-the-ground operations while maintaining organized communication and follow-through
Ability to read and interpret project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope details
Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism in daily jobsite practices
