What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside/Outside Sales Rep position at Molina Carpets, Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Measure homes/businesses for flooring needs.
- Establish repeat business funnel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Overall people person
- Ability to lift 5-10 lbs.- loading and unloading samples from your provided company van.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus- but NOT REQUIRED.
- Experience with QFloors or Measuresquare a plus.
- Technical sales knowledge and understanding of flooring/carpet.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or account management.
