We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our ever-growing team!
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of commercial construction projects—from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure all work meets quality and code requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on commercial construction job sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and deliveries.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and local codes.
- Enforce site safety in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
- Monitor and report on project progress, delays, and site conditions.
- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts quickly and professionally.
- Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and time records. Assist with scheduling inspections and managing change orders as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 3 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of commercial building codes, scheduling, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with digital reporting tools and scheduling software (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
