In this role, you’ll help bring the Moleskine vision to life by delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and supporting store leadership in daily operations.

- Lead with Responsibility – Perform keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store, managing cash, and overseeing operations when managers are not present.
- Work with Independence – Confidently manage the customer experience and daily tasks during solo coverage, staying aligned with store priorities and leadership direction in a lean retail environment.
- Keep It Beautiful – Uphold Moleskine’s visual identity through thoughtful merchandising, organization, and store presentation.
- Collaborate & Share – Work as part of a team, mentor new associates, and support a culture of learning and storytelling.
- Stay Hands-On – Operate POS systems, manage stock, and ensure inventory flows seamlessly to support the customer journey.

- Comfortable working independently during solo shifts while staying aligned with team and leadership expectations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and energized by teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with reliability and punctuality.
- Confidence in performing keyholder duties (opening/closing, cash handling, operational oversight).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Previous experience using Cegid.
- Previous keyholder, shift-lead, or supervisory experience.
- Strong visual merchandising and product storytelling skills.
