• Competitive pay of $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Day-to-day As Our Patient Care Call Center Rep

• Working 4 days per week from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude throughout the day
• Answering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, and directing calls to the correct person/department
• Promptly responding to emails, faxes, and live chats
• Maintaining our calendar by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
• Following sales script training to save cancelled appointments and maintain high retention rates
• Accurately processing payments
• Resolving patient issues, answering questions, and promoting products and contests when appropriate
• Providing fantastic customer service and making a positive impression of our office

Call center or customer service experience would be great but isn't required for this entry-level role. Bilingual communication skills would be a bonus!
