Mole Lake Casino Lodge & Event Center is seeking a Security Officer to join our team!
SUMMARY:
The Casino Security Officer is a critical part of the safety and security of the casino operations. Security Officer’s ensure the safety and well-being of the guests, employees, and the company. Responds to emergencies as needed and follows all policies and procedures to protect all casino assets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Escort and observe guests and team members to ensure their safety and protection.
- Identify potential safety hazards and report observations to the appropriate individual for proper resolution.
- Safeguards casino assets by executing security duties to adequately protect the life and property of guests, team members, company assets, and property.
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, standard operating procedures and regulations
- Generate necessary written reports regarding security related incidents involving guests, team members, property, and assets
- Maintain a working knowledge of guests and team members who have been banned from re-entering the property and advise appropriate individuals and departments when observing trespassers on property
- Follows the Security Department Policy and Procedure Manual
- Follows protocol and completes all paperwork related to the department.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED/HSED required.
- Previous Casino Security Guard experience preferred.
- Physically able to perform all aspects of the position.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule (all shifts)
- Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills

- Clean, groomed, professional appearance
Native American preference is granted according to P.L. 93-638.
This position is subject to the following conditions: obtain and maintain a valid Sokaogon Chippewa Gaming Commission license and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings. The job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties or qualifications.
