What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Technician position at Mole Lake Casino, Lodge and Event Center?
- Safeguarding all casino assets
- Knowledge of all casino rules and regulations
- Implement and adhere to SGC SOP’s and SGC MICS/TICS
- Repair, install, relocate, and maintain all slot machines
- Abide by any and all other duties assigned by the Slot Director
- Candidate shall have a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have two forms of ID, one of which must be a photo ID.
- Successfully complete a 60-day probationary period.
- Take and pass Title 31 compliance test within 30 days of hire.
- Physically able to perform all aspects of the position.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to interact well with department co-workers and guests.
- Proficient in the use of computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation and be approved for a valid gaming license.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test per Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Drug and Alcohol Policy.
- Native American preference granted according to P.L. 93-638
Uniform:
- Casino-issued departmental polo shirt
- Optional pocket-less t-shirt or turtleneck under the departmental polo shirt
- Uniform shirt must be clean and free of rips and tears.
- Black pants
- Black shoes
- Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance (free of body odor, hair and beard must be combed and trimmed)
- Sokaogon Gaming Commission (SGC) issued Gaming License/ID Badge.
This position is responsible for maintaining all slot machines, performing necessary repairs, and relocation of all slot machines.
The Slot Technician will protect all casino assets and provide outstanding customer service. The Slot Technician will cooperate with the Security and Surveillance Departments at all times.
