Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Duties:
· Repair and maintain all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, thermolators, grinders, assembly fixtures, etc. in support of the production department.
· Service and repair hydraulics, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
· Collect and document daily and weekly key equipment PM and safety inspections.
· Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 3 years of experience in the set-up of hydraulics, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical machines and auxiliary equipment.
· Previous experience working in maintenance department.
· General experience with machine maintenance and repairs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic prints
· Must be familiar with tools and gages.
· Must have knowledge of OSHA safety requirements for General Industry
· Ability to read technical specifications and drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and written processes.
· Adaptable, willing to adjust to changing demands and circumstances, open to new ideas and approaches problems as opportunities for improvement.
· Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Basic Computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
