1ST: 6:45am - 3pm, Monday-Friday
3RD: 10:45pm - 7am, Monday-Friday
About the Role
As a Press Operator at Molding Dynamics, you’ll run state-of-the-art plastic injection molding machines and ensure our finished parts meet the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in our production process — from machine operation to final packaging — while working in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines to produce quality parts
- Retrieve parts from molds or drop bins and perform visual inspections
- Perform basic finishing steps: trimming, measuring, bending, assembling, or gauging parts as required
- Accurately complete required forms, checklists, reports, and labels
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with the Shift Supervisor and Quality Technician about equipment or product issues
- Maintain assigned tools and ensure work area cleanliness (scrap parts/runners must be ground)
- Perform relief or additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Comfort using basic hand tools (cutters, knives, trimmers, tape guns)
- Ability to bend, reach, and stoop frequently during the shift
- Ability to stand for long periods
