3rd Shift hours: 9pm -5am Sunday night start
Who you are:
- Dependable above all else — your team knows they can count on you
- Detail-oriented and proud of the quality you produce

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
- Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do: Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.
What we offer:
- $20/hr to start $2.00/hr shift premium for 3rd shift, with potential raises throughout first year, plus year end production bonus
