Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and expand our residential customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record in negotiation and business development.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing door-to-door sales team.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide coaching, and ensure accountability.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to promote our utilities services and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications
