Job Description:
Mold Zero Services LLC is a rapidly expanding mold remediation company seeking to hire technicians. Our Pasadena-based office has become one of the highest-rated remediation companies in the greater Los Angeles area. We are looking for career-driven individuals to join our team and grow within the remediation industry. Experience in the construction industry is highly valued.
Major duties for the Mold Remediation Technician include:
* Learning and applying fogging techniques for mold treatment
* Performing light construction and demolition work
* Cleaning up and removing debris, including drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
* Setting up containment areas to prevent contamination between different areas of a structure.
* Driving company vehicles as required
* Upholding all company safety policies and procedures
* Demonstrating good communication skills, and the ability to resolve on-the-job problems
* Maintaining a safe workspace and identifying/remedying potentially unsafe working conditions promptly.
* Continuously expanding knowledge of remediation techniques
Competencies:
* Problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills
* Ability to address on-the-job problems and propose solutions
* Good physical condition – able to lift 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time with possible overtime (Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays)
