Role Description
This is a part-time/ full time , on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Mold Assessment Consultant at Mold Testing Houston. The Mold Assessment Consultant will be responsible for conducting mold inspections and assessments for residential and commercial properties.
The Consultant will identify mold types, prepare reports, and make recommendations for remediation and prevention. They will also work with clients to answer questions, provide advice, and address concerns related to mold.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in mold assessment, inspection, or remediation
- Strong knowledge of mold types, health effects, and remediation strategies
- Ability to use mold testing equipment, interpret results, and write reports
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Certification from TDLR - Mold Assesment
Consultant
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's or Associate's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field preferred
