Mold Shield LLC A Same Day Mold Service Company is seeking an Estimator to support accurate, timely project pricing for residential and commercial mold-related services.

As an Estimator, you will prepare cost estimates that are clear, accurate, and aligned with customer needs and company standards. You’ll review job details, assess scope and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect both technical considerations and customer expectations.

This onsite role in Stockbridge, GA is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with information gathered in the field to produce reliable pricing.

• Gather and review job information to develop complete and accurate estimates for assigned projects.

• Estimate labor, materials, and other scope components based on job requirements and company standards.

• Prepare and maintain estimate documentation to support proposals and internal approvals.

• Communicate with team members to confirm scope details, timing, and any assumptions used in pricing.

• Assist in keeping estimating processes organized, consistent, and aligned with business needs.

• Ability to produce accurate estimates and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

• Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

• Comfort working with job scope details gathered from relevant sources to inform pricing.

• Professional, customer-focused demeanor in an onsite setting.

• Prior experience in estimating, quoting, or similar pricing-focused roles within a service or construction-related environment.

• Familiarity with interpreting scope requirements and translating them into cost components.

• Experience supporting proposals and estimate revisions based on updated information.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow internal standards and processes.

Hourly rate: $25 - $30
