Water Damage Restoration | Fire Damage | Mold Remediation
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and commercial clients to generate leads for water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation services. The Sales Representative will be responsible for business development, maintaining referral partnerships, and increasing company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Insurance agents & adjusters
- Property managers
- Plumbers & HVAC companies
- Realtors & property investors
- Commercial property owners
- Visit referral partners regularly (in-person visits)
- Generate new leads for water, fire, and mold restoration jobs
- Educate partners about company services and response time
- Drop off marketing materials (brochures, business cards, etc.)
- Attend networking events and industry meetings
- Follow up on past clients and referral sources
- Track leads and referrals in CRM or spreadsheet
- Coordinate with operations team on incoming jobs
- Respond quickly to emergency opportunities
- Help grow company presence in assigned territory
Daily Activities
- 10–15 in-person visits to referral partners
- Cold calling new potential partners
- Follow-up calls and emails
- Site visits to active jobs (when needed)
- Lunch & learns with insurance offices
- Networking events
- Updating lead tracking system
Requirements
- Sales or marketing experience preferred (restoration industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel locally
- Professional appearance

- Existing insurance agent contacts
- Knowledge of water damage & mold process
- Xactimate knowledge (optional)
Compensation Options

Option 1: Salary Commission
- Base salary % of closed jobs

- 5% – 10% of collected revenue
