Warehouse Associate
Lee, MA
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire | $21–$29/hr (based on experience)
Our client in Lee is seeking a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare small package and LTL orders for shipment; load outgoing trucks
- Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, verify against packing slips, and put inventory away accurately
- Inventory: Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation
- Light Assembly: Build product kits using hand and power tools
- General Warehouse: Keep work areas clean and organized, including operating floor scrubber and handling routine upkeep
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and standard procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Basic math and reading skills
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
What to Expect:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to Lee, MA.
