Molalla River Veterinary Center is a privately owned small animal practice seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team. We are focused on compassionate medicine, low-stress handling, teamwork, and continuing to build efficient systems that support both patient care and staff well-being.
Our clinic provides a combination of general practice, urgent care, and surgery. We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, likes to stay busy, communicates well, and takes pride in helping a small clinic function smoothly. Interest in surgery, anesthesia, organization, and procedural workflow is especially valued.

Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with surgery and anesthesia
- Patient restraint and low-stress handling
- Medication administration and treatments
- Laboratory sample collection and diagnostics
- Client communication and education
- Maintaining organization and treatment flow
- Accurate medical record keeping
Qualifications:
- Veterinary assistant experience REQUIRED
- Low-stress handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team culture
Compensation & Benefits:
