Duties
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of healthcare providers, ensuring timely visits and appointments for clients
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and managing phone etiquette with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records through filing, bookkeeping, and data entry using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance
- Handle vendor management tasks such as coordinating supplies, billing, and service contracts to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new staff, maintaining employee files, and supporting payroll processes
- Support medical office management activities by organizing patient files, managing calendar appointments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare or medical setting
