1st Shift - Mol-Son, Mattawan, Michigan
We’re looking for a skilled CNC EDM Sinker Specialist to join our Tool Room Team. In this role, you’ll program, set-up, and operate CNC EDM equipment to manufacture precision tooling and mold components that support high quality, efficient production.

What you will do:
- · Program, set-up, and operate CNC sinker EDM machines.
- · Manufacture precision tooling, mold components, and fixtures to engineering specifications.
- · Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings.
- · Diagnose machining and programming issues and implement effective solutions.
- · Inspect completed components using precision measuring equipment to ensure dimensional
- · Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- · Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in programming and operating CNC EDM equipment (sinker EDM).
- Strong knowledge of tooling, machining practices, and precision manufacturing.
- Ability to read blue prints and work to close tolerances.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of injection molding process and tooling requirements.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving ability.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Education and Experience Requirements
- · Highschool diploma or equivalent
- · Experience operating CNC EDM equipment.
