Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Masonry Worker/Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of masonry tasks that might be required based on your experience. Willingness to learn is a plus and must have a good work ethic, be on time and consistent. We mostly do new construction residential, flat work and block, some site work and prep.
Duties
- Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, formwork, and mixing concrete as needed for various masonry applications.
- Install rebar and metal framing to reinforce concrete structures, ensuring stability and safety.
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing masonry materials.
Skills
- Proficiency in concrete forming, and site work.
- Strong knowledge of masonry principles combined with skills in rebar installation and metal stud framing.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, hammers, as well as power tools like saws and drills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
