Role: Salesforce Technical Architect – Consumer Goods Cloud
Experience Range: 14 years in Total Experience
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 2 days a week)
Contract - W2/C2C
Key Notes:
- This role is for a Technical Architect who can lead end to end solution design, architecture and governance.
- Prior experience in developing or architecting solutions of SFDC Consumer Goods Cloud is a plus.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead solution design, architecture governance, and platform optimization, with a strong focus on Consumer Goods Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health checks and organizational assessments to evaluate system performance, scalability, and architectural soundness; provide actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Retail Execution
- Order Management
- Contract Management
- Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud)
- Establish and enforce architectural governance, standards, and best practices.
- Lead proof of concepts (POCs) and develop complex solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Architect and manage integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware, third-party platforms).
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive data modeling, platform optimization, and process reengineering initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10 years of CRM experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce.
- Deep experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Data modeling and architecture design
- Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
- Business process reengineering
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Application Architect
- System Architect
