Mokolo Law Firm is a growing Houston-area law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with approximately 2–5 years of substantive immigration law experience to join our team.
Our immigration practice represents individuals, families, professionals, and businesses in a broad range of immigration matters. We are looking for an attorney who understands that excellent immigration representation requires more than completing forms—it requires strong legal analysis, strategy, attention to detail, advocacy, and exceptional client communication.
The ideal candidate can take ownership of assigned cases, develop legal strategy, review work prepared by paralegals, communicate confidently with clients, and move cases forward without constant supervision.
What You’ll Do
The Immigration Attorney will manage and oversee a diverse immigration caseload that may include:
Family-based immigration and adjustment of status
Consular processing
Waivers, including I-601 and I-601A matters
Naturalization and citizenship matters
VAWA and other humanitarian immigration matters
U visas and T visas
Asylum matters
Removal defense and EOIR proceedings
Motions to reopen and other complex immigration matters
Employment-based immigration matters, depending on experience
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
