We're looking for a barista to open the store and set the tone for the day! The ideal candidate for this job is an individual who has positive energy, loves interacting with guests and making their day better, and has a passion for great coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the store daily
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details such as temperature, presentation, and taste
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their orders, and offering recommendations
- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, while following safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
