Who you are:
- Bookkeeping experience - Someone who has experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Problem Solver - The ability to solve problems quickly and ask questions effectively.
- Organized Pro - A proven track record of operational organization and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable & Committed - Punctual, coachable, and ready to work 20-28 hours per week!
- Customer Service Mentality - Our team at the main office is expected to deliver the same high-quality customer service to our internal customers that our staff delivers to the public every day. Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment is preferred but not required.
What you'll do:
- Data Entry: Keep up-to-date on daily data entry responsibilities, including making QuickBooks entries for daily bank deposits for all of MOKA’s locations and entering expense receipts details.
- Payroll Processing: Data entry twice a month for almost 300 employees, including employee setup, maintenance, and payroll tax processing
- Ad-hoc Reporting: Create reports and analyses for sales, inventory, and other elements of store operations on an as-needed basis.
- Stay Accountable: Complete required tasks within established timelines.
