General Laborer

Job Title: General Laborer – Landscaping & Lawn Care

Pay Rate: $18 – $23 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our landscaping and lawn care team. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, hardscaping support, and general yard maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and willing to work in all weather conditions while delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, weeding, and bed maintenance.
• Support hardscaping tasks (paver patios, retaining walls, etc.) under supervision.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, etc.).
• Load, unload, and move materials such as soil, rock, plants, and debris.
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required (willing to train the right person).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
