Mojo Garage Door Service is growing fast, and we're looking for a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Garage Door Technician to join our team in San Antonio, TX!

This is NOT an entry-level position.

If you're not already diagnosing problems, presenting options, closing jobs in the home, and

completing the work yourself — this isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone who's already doing this and wants a better company to do it with.

WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS:

This is a premium in-home service and sales role with technical execution. Every day, you will:

• Walk into homes where the customer already called us (not door-to-door)
• Diagnose the problem
• Present repair vs. replace options with confidence
• Close the job on the spot
• Complete the work yourself to a high standard

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year of garage door service experience (springs, openers, installs, full systems)
• Comfortable selling in the home — presenting options, handling objections, closing
• Can run a service call independently from start to finish
• Takes pride in clean, professional work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug test

• You can't describe your diagnostic process or how you handle objections
