Job Opportunity:
Barista / Cafe Worker
Part-Time & Full-Time
Location: Near Lafayette College, Easton
Schedule:
Weekdays and Weekends, with rotating schedules
Work Hours:
Between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team! Whether you have previous barista experience or are new to the cafe world, we welcome your application. You’ll be trained to prepare our delicious smoothies, coffees, and sandwiches, and will be an integral part of our team.
**Responsibilities (Shared by All Staff Members):**
- Prepare smoothies, coffees, and sandwiches with care and attention to detail
- Clean, prep, and stock ingredients and supplies throughout the day
- Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times
- Maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in managing inventory and keeping track of stock levels
- Support the team in any additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a cafe, barista, or smoothie setting is preferred but not required
- A strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take responsibility for shared duties
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
