Moja Life Dispensary in downtown Trenton is a social equity brand which is making a splash with their best in class pricing and variety. One step into the facility and you will know that you are entering the next generation of cannabis retailing. Beginning with the interior design to the integration of the latest technologies, you will be working with the cutting-edge processes. We are an adult use Cannabis dispensary located in New Jersey and seeking up to 2 highly motivated and knowledgeable Budtenders to join our new team in downtown Trenton New Jersey. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, product recommendations, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions using our point of sale system. Dutchie Preferred.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up to date on the latest cannabis products and their effects
- Ability for new opportunities and expanded responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
- Handle and maintain inventory of products
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- Prior experience as a Budtender preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
