The Crew member is vital to the successful completion of customer projects and must professionally represent Moisture Loc at all times. A typical day will include the following:
- Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle
- Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
- Completing on-site projects which includes: exterior waterproofing, interior water management systems, yard drainage systems, crawl space encapsulation systems, R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation), and excavations manually or with heavy equipment.
- Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check
- Clean record and valid driver’s license
- Able to start work at 7am and work to 5pm Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturday
- Work is typically performed in basements and crawl spaces but can also include digging and backfilling trenches
- Work requires constant movement, is strenuous, physical and can include standing, bending, crawling, loading and unloading materials, pushing and pulling equipment.
