Leads are generated through direct customer inquiry and Certified Field Inspector self-generation. This person must always represent Moisture Loc professionally and address customers with courtesy and respect. A typical day will include the following:Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicleListen actively to customer’s concernsConduct home consultations and thorough inspections to assess waterproofing needsEducate homeowners on foundation, basement and crawl space waterproofing solutionsProvide estimates and close salesFollow up on open proposalsProvide detailed instructions to the installation teamsMeet regularly with Production Leaders to brief on closed projectsStay in regular contact with active customers through the duration of any sold projectMeet and exceed monthly sales goalsStay up to date on industry trends and local regulationsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTravel to customer sites daily by company vehicleAdhere to all company policies regarding company vehicle driving and upkeepEnsure company equipment is being used safely and properlyCompensationThis is a full-time opportunity with competitive commission-based compensation. Requirements:Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background checkClean record and valid driver’s licenseProficient in Microsoft Office 365Education & ExperienceRelevant experience in commercial sales, preferably in construction or waterproofing is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plusNature of Work / ConditionsWork requires constant movement, is physical and can include standing, bending, and crawling in tight spaces.Work is performed both inside and outside with moderate noise
