The Certified Field Inspector role is vital to the success of Moisture Loc. Leads are generated through direct customer inquiry and Certified Field Inspector self-generation. This person must always represent Moisture Loc professionally and address customers with courtesy and respect. A typical day will include the following:

The Certified Field Inspector role is vital to the success of Moisture Loc. Leads are generated through direct customer inquiry and Certified Field Inspector self-generation. This person must always represent Moisture Loc professionally and address customers with courtesy and respect. A typical day will include the following:
- Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle
- Listen actively to customer’s concerns
- Conduct home consultations and thorough inspections to assess waterproofing needs
- Educate homeowners on foundation, basement and crawl space waterproofing solutions
- Provide estimates and close sales
- Follow up on open proposals
- Provide detailed instructions to the installation teams
- Meet regularly with Production Leaders to brief on closed projects
- Stay in regular contact with active customers through the duration of any sold project
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Stay up to date on industry trends and local regulations
- Travel to customer sites daily by company vehicle
- Adhere to all company policies regarding company vehicle driving and upkeep
- Ensure company equipment is being used safely and properly

Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check
- Clean record and valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Relevant experience in commercial sales, preferably in construction or waterproofing is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
- Work requires constant movement, is physical and can include standing, bending, and crawling in tight spaces.
- Work is performed both inside and outside with moderate noise
