Moises Bakery Hallandale in Hallandale Beach, FL, is seeking one pastry chef to join our 22-person team. We are located at 115 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Moises Bakery. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cakes, sweet desserts, or other products
- Measure and weigh ingredients
- Prepare pastries and desserts according to recipes
- Fulfill orders of special cakes; advanced skills in cake decoration are a plus.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and make orders to vendors
- Clean and sanitize the work station and equipment
Qualifications
- Experience working as a pastry chef or similar role
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one goal
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen area
- Highly adaptable to various situations and stress levels
