-Looking for a nurse who lives south of Portland ( Westlinn/Tigard/Wilsonville area)

We’re currently hiring Part time licensed per diem nurses (RN, LPN, LVN, or NP) to join our growing mobile IV therapy team. You must be available minimum 3 days of the week and minimum 3 weekend days of the month.

- Please be aware you are responsible for maintaining and buying all of your own supplies. Start up costs usually is around $1800. You are compensated per IV shift you pick up at a percentage. 10 more IV calls you pick up and go to a week you are at 40% of the service, plus tips.

You’ll use your own vehicle to travel to clients in your designated area. You are expected to respond and pick up requests as they come in same day and travel to the client's home- within an hour or less. Travel fee incentives for 40 miles ( from medford)

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident nurses with EXCELLENT IV placement skills
• Organized, communicative, and responsive professionals comfortable working independently. Quickly responsive to text requests for last minute calls.
• A strong sense of urgency—clients often request services with short notice
• Someone comfortable with driving and making supply runs as needed
• Nurses who are available on the weekends as well are most successful

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV drips and IM injections for hydration, recovery, immunity, energy, and more
• Coordinate directly with admin via phone, text, or apps for patient details and schedule updates
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation via platforms like JotForm
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care in home, hotel, and event settings
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Active RN, LPN, LVN, or NP license
• Current professional liability insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle and driver’s license
• Willingness to purchase and restock your own IV supplies
• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of your home base
• Must be reliable, prompt, and maintain professional communication standards

Position Details

• Job Type: travel-based, independent contractor, part time
• Pay: $65-300 per visit typical visit 1 hr ( paid a % of the service) paid weekly via direct deposit
• Locations: Portland Metro, Eugene, Bend, Medford and surrounding areas

We are looking for self-motivated, reliable nurses who value a holistic approach to health and are passionate about promoting wellness from the inside out.

Important Details About the Role:

• This is part time on-call position — You will select which 3 days a week you are available and all IV requests will be sent to you first. You must be available from 7am-5pm to pick up all IV request within a one hour radius.
• You are paid a percentage of the service fee plus tips, which are common and often generous. The more available you are—especially weekends—the greater the earning potential.
• You must be comfortable going into clients' homes alone. This is an independent role where you will operate autonomously the majority of the time.
• Nurses are responsible for purchasing and managing all their own supplies, including IV fluids, vitamins, medications, and basic materials such as gloves, IV catheters, and dressings.
• Being highly organized and accountable is a must, as you’ll need to track your inventory and be ready for visits on short notice.
• A strong understanding of vitamins, wellness therapies, and a holistic mindset is essential. We’re not just offering IVs—we are promoting a healthy, preventative lifestyle, and it’s important that our team members embody the wellness we provide.
