**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Property Preservation contractor to join our team. This is a 1099 position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and preservation, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.
**Duties:**
- Conduct property inspections to assess maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on properties
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs
- Ensure properties are secure and well-preserved
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
**Experience:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in property maintenance or related field is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Their own tools and transportation
- The ability to provide their own pricing for bid work, bid writing knowledge is a plus.
