Maryland Occupancy Inspections Inc. is actively seeking experienced boots on the ground property preservation and maintenance contractors in West Texas to support single family rental properties.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Scope of Work Includes
Property turns
General maintenance and repairs
Trash outs and debris removal
Minor carpentry and drywall
Painting
Lock changes
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Punch list completion
Ongoing work available based on performance
Contractor Requirements
Must be a 1099 independent contractor
Must provide your own labor
Must supply your own tools and equipment
Must have your own reliable vehicle
Must carry all job related expenses out of pocket
Must be able to bid work independently
Must be reliable and responsive
Prior property preservation or SFR experience strongly preferred
Payment Terms
Contractors submit bids for approval prior to work
Payment is issued after approved work is completed and invoiced
Net 30 payment terms
No upfront payments or reimbursements
Contractors are responsible for all expenses incurred

West Texas and surrounding markets
Local boots on the ground contractors only
